OSHA Wants to Extend E-Recordkeeping Compliance Deadline

OSHA is seeking to delay the compliance date of its e-recordkeeping rule from July 1, 2017, to Dec. 1, 2017. The agency published the final rule on May 12, 2016, and says the delay "is appropriate for the purpose of additional review into questions of law and policy."
